What is the shelf life?
3 years from the production date, when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do you offer OEM / private label service?
Yes. We offer full OEM and private label services — your brand, your label, your packaging design. We also provide label design support if needed.
Samples
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes, samples are available upon request. Samples are free of charge.
Who pays for the sample shipping cost?
Samples are free of charge, and the shipping cost will be covered by us.
Will the mass production be the same as the sample?
Yes. We strictly follow the approved sample standard for mass production. Pre-production samples are also available for your confirmation before we start bulk production.
Order
What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 × 20GP container per item.
What is your lead time?
Typically 45–60 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. The exact lead time depends on the order quantity and our production schedule.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T: 30% deposit against PI + 70% balance against shipment date within 14 days.
What are your pricing terms?
We can quote on FOB, CIF or CFR basis — whichever works best for you. Please let us know your destination port for a complete quotation.
Quality & Certification
What certifications do you have?
We hold HACCP, HALAL, FDA, BRC and IFS certifications. Copies are available upon request.
What is your histamine control level?
We strictly control histamine levels to meet international standards. Detailed test reports can be provided upon request.
Logistics & Shipping
How many cartons fit in a container?
Loading quantity varies by can size and packaging. For example, canned sardines 50×125g / DW90g load 3,300 cartons per 20GP. We provide a detailed loading plan upon order confirmation.
What shipping documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, Health Certificate, Sanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, and any other documents required by your destination country.
Cooperation
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory with over 40 years of export experience. We own our production facilities and have full control over quality and supply chain.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes, you are very welcome. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange a suitable time for your visit.

We have our own brands: DOCANNED STAR (flagship), TINKY and TIMO. We also offer OEM services for clients who wish to use their own brands.

Our main markets include the Middle East, Africa, Europe and South America. We are also expanding to other regions.
